Treasure Hunting in UK - Visiting the Stonehenge
Finally, we arrived at the site of one of the Wonders of the World-a prehistoric stone structure. When I saw it, all I could say was WOW! The structure is impressing. The heaviest stones weigh about 45 tons! And it's impossible to comprehend what drew people here over 50 centuries or why hundreds of people struggled over 5,000 thousands years to build this monument. What purpose this monument was supposed to serve? It's still a mystery. Being there and feeling a presence of the ancient history was truly amazing experience for me.
