REVERSE: a tilde line is positioned above the 5-line legend, engraved in old Cyrillic letters, which reads: "ЦРЬИ / ВЕЛIKIИ / КНSЬIВА / НЬВСЕIA / РУСIИ" ("Tsar and Grand Prince Ivan of Entire Rus").
